We offer the treatments you’d want to prepare for an event such as hair styling, make-up application and lessons, manicures and pedicures paired with a sommelier curated wine list. Our experience is designed so that visiting with us could also be the experience, not just the lead up to it.

We also offer a selection of gourmet delights for purchase. Treat yourself to Annapolis Fine Foods Cheese, indulge in the rich flavours of Peace by Chocolate or explore our other delectable options. Do you serve alcohol?The Wine Spa is a fully licensed bar offering a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to suit every taste. Our pride and joy is our meticulously curated wine program, featuring a selection of wines carefully chosen to enhance your experience. In addition to our wine selection, we also offer an assortment of cocktails, beers, ciders, and spritzes, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Do you have non alcoholic drink options?Yes! We have a variety of non-alcoholic drink options. Our sommelier takes great pride in creating a memorable mocktail.

Is there an age limit to come to the spa?Guests between 14 and 19 years of age are welcome to join us during the day. Bookings after 6pm are reserved for guests 19 years of age and over.

Should I be mindful of any allergies before coming?Your safety and comfort are our top priorities at The Wine Spa. We encourage you to discuss any allergies or sensitivities you may have with your licensed cosmetologist before your treatment begins. While we strive to accommodate all guests to the best of our ability, please note that due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee a scent-free environment. All of our products are of professional grade, and we proudly offer natural product lines to cater to a variety of preferences and sensitivities. Your cosmetologist will work with you to ensure that your experience is both enjoyable and tailored to your needs. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding allergies, please don't hesitate to communicate them—we're here to provide a safe and luxurious experience for every guest.

What if someone from my group shows up intoxicated?The Wine Spa team are all trained professionals that will refuse to serve a guest who has been over served. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if a member of the group arrives intoxicated or is being disruptive to other guests.

What if my nails are currently painted?We recommend that you come with clean, unpolished, natural nails. Please note that included in our package is a free removal of any existing Wine Spa gel manicure. There is a $20 removal fee for gel polish from another salon. Non gel polish is removed free of charge. We recommend you make note of your gel polish when booking, this will help ensure we have a licensed nail technician available to remove your existing gel polish. We do not remove artificial nails.

Do you have non-gel polish options?Yes. We have a variety of non-gel polish options. We also carry Nail Envy polish to help nourish damaged nails.

How do I book?Click on the booking link on our webpage to reserve your spot. For group bookings, we recommend you call us at 902-414-7887 and one of our friendly team members will help create the perfect booking. Booking inquiries can also be emailed to bookings@thewinespa.ca.

Can I book for several guests or a group?Absolutely! Our booking system is tailored to make group reservations as seamless as possible. You can easily book the entire group at once, simplifying the process for you and your guests. To secure your booking, a 10% deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. Don't worry, though—this deposit is adjustable before final payments are processed at the spa. When making your reservation, please remember to include the names and email addresses of all members of your group in the notes box. This ensures that we can provide a personalized and seamless experience for everyone. So gather your friends and prepare for a day of indulgence at The Wine Spa—we'll take care of the rest!

Can I call to book?Yes - if you require assistance or your request doesn’t fit the booking descriptions, please feel free to give us a call at 902-414-7887.

Do you accept walk-ins?We recommend booking your package in advance. We will try to accept walk ins if we have availability.

Can we rent the whole spa for a private gathering?Absolutely! Contact admin@thewinespa.ca to start planning your private event.

Does my credit card get charged at the time of booking?No.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can open the space up for another guest. There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your booking. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

How do I cancel my appointment?You can cancel your appointment over the phone by calling The Wine Spa at 902-414-7887. You can also cancel by emailing your booking information to bookings@thewinespa.ca.

Do you have gift cards?Yes - You can purchase a gift card for The Wine Spa online or at the spa.

What are the terms on the gift cards?Our gift cards can be used to purchase spa packages, retail, wine or snacks. They are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. They are not accepted if the card is not operational, lost, stolen or fraudulent. Terms and conditions can be changed at any time. Our gift cards do not expire.
